Claims and roadside are two separate licensable modules of the Altovar ERP, sold as add-ons outside any tier. A towing company buys the second one alone; a claims firm with no vehicles buys the first.

The small print, which is short
- All prices exclude VAT and are per company, not per user.
- Included volumes are commercial terms. Going over them is billed, not blocked mid-claim.
- For a claims firm that will not take a subscription there is a per-outcome arrangement. Ask for it; it is an option, not the default.
