For claims firms

The two ways you lose a file, closed.

A claim dies from an incomplete bundle or from a clock nobody watched. Those are the two things this vertical was built around; everything else it does is ordinary work done properly.

Intake

The claim opens where the accident happened.

The injured party downloads the app, identifies themselves with a one-time code and is walked through the capture: the scene, the plates, the damage, the point of impact, the other party. What arrives in your queue is a claim in draft with the documents already attached and read.

  • Guided capture, gallery disabled, an upload queue that survives no signal
  • Accident statement form, vehicle registration, policy and police report read automatically
  • The queue is a separate table: an abused public surface never reaches your claims

The insurer side

Open the claim the way that insurer wants it opened.

Every insurer has its own address, its own channel and its own attachments. The directory holds them, the certified mailbox sends and receives, and the incoming receipts are attached to the claim they belong to. Classification of what comes back is best effort: a message it cannot classify is flagged for a human, never guessed.

  • Insurer directory with channel, certified address, portal and reference desk
  • Bulk load from a spreadsheet with a dry run that shows the errors by line
  • Mailbox passwords encrypted at rest and never returned by any read
  • Only unambiguous incoming mail moves the claim, and only where the state machine allows it

The supply chain

Lawyer, appraiser, body shop — without giving them a seat.

You assign the professional and hand over a link. They see the part of the claim their role justifies and nothing else. Appraisal and repair appointments go out the same way, and the confirmation the customer gives comes back as a deadline in your ledger.

Pillar two · the clock

A time-barred claim is money gone.

Move the day of the crash

The same table the product uses. Calendar arithmetic, dates in UTC.

  • Notice of loss

    art. 1913 c.c. · +3 days

  • Offer window

art. 148 ins. code · +60 days from the claim letter

  • Injury offer window

art. 148 ins. code · +90 days where there are injuries

  • Limitation period

    art. 2947(2) c.c. · +2 years · blocking

In the example the claim letter goes out on the tenth day: the offer window is counted from there, not from the crash.

0

A blocking term that runs out raises the claim to urgent, writes a timeline entry and notifies the owner. It does not close the claim on its own.

The money

The recovered amount lands in an accounting system that exists.

Invoices go out through the national exchange, the payables cycle covers the body shops and the tow operators you use, the receivables ledger is the same one the rest of the company reads. Nothing is re-keyed into a second system.

Two things to know before you buy

The mandate, the assignment of receivables and the privacy notice are generated, signed with a simple electronic signature and stored with their evidence. That is normal practice between private parties, and it is weaker than an advanced signature. We say so rather than let you find out.

The wording of an assignment of receivables in motor liability is contested ground. Have a lawyer read ours before you put it in front of a client.

Security and compliance

Bring us a real claim and we will run it end to end.

Half an hour is enough to see a claim opened from the app, the evidence sealed and the legal clock start ticking.
